• Q: Does 91茄子 accept international students?

  A: Trinity school does not issue Visas or I-20’s to international students. Trinity may admit an international student who moves here with their parents and intends to complete their education through Grade 12. Trinity is a family-based day school and does not offer boarding arrangements. All students applying to Trinity must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English.

• Q:  What is Finalsite (formerly SchoolAdmin)?

  A:  FinalSite is our Admissions Management System.  All applications and communication are  processed through FinalSite.  Families will create a log-in and a password to access the portal.  You will often refer to the Profile Page for submitting materials and for receiving information from Admissions.

• Q: What do I do if I get locked out of the FinalSite portal or forgot my password?

• Q: Does 91茄子 offer Financial Aid?

  A: Yes. Trinity has a robust need-based financial aid budget which is dedicated to supporting our strong commitment to making a Trinity education accessible to all. To apply with Financial Aid, check the Financial Aid box on your initial online application. You can learn more about Trinity’s Financial Aid program by clicking here. Trinity utilizes Clarity for managing all financial aid forms. You can click  to access the portal and begin your financial aid application.

• Q:  Does Trinity require all students to be vaccinated for COVID in order to attend the school?

  A: Trinity no longer requires students to be vaccinated for the COVID virus.

• Q: Do you have to apply before attending an Open House?

  A: You are not required to submit an application prior to attending our Open House.

• Q: Do parents have a tour before submitting an application?

  A: No, an application needs to be submitted in order to schedule a tour and an interview. 

• Q: Is there an application fee?

  A: The application fee, to be submitted with the initial online application is $75. If you are applying for Financial Aid, the application fee is waived. 

• Q: Does Trinity require Standardized Testing?

  A: Yes, to apply to Trinity, all applicants must take an Admissions Standardized Test. Applicants applying for Grade 9 have the option to take either the  exam or the  exam. Please take the test between September 3 and December 31, 2025, and have the scores sent directly to 91茄子 by Thursday, January 8th, 2026. Testing codes for Trinity: ISEE - 334090 or SSAT – 7769

• Q: What is the process for submitting Transcripts on the Finalsite portal?

  A: When requesting a transcript on the portal you need to email the registrar at your child's school through the Finalsite portal.  In order to request documents, please enter the school's registrar's First & Last Name and their Email address. This needs to be completed for the following sections:  (1) Transcript/School Record Request Form;  (2)  Past 2 Year Transcripts; (3)  Past 2 Year Transcript 2nd School (only applicable if your child attended more than one school); and (4) Fall 2025 Semester Grades.

• Q: Does Trinity interview every applicant applying to Grade 9?

  A: All applicants who submit an application by November 15, 2024 will be guaranteed an interview.

• Q: Who needs to attend the Virtual or the On-Campus Interview?

  A: Your child must be present at the Virtual or the On-Campus Interview.  We require only one parent/guardian to be present at the Virtual or On-Campus Interview, but welcome both parents/guardians.  Interviews last approximately 45 minutes.

• Q: Who needs to attend the On-Campus Tour?

  A: Your child must be present for the On-Campus Tour.  We require only one parent/guardian to be present at the On-Campus Tour, but welcome both parents/guardians.  Tours last approximately 45 minutes. 

• Q: Does Trinity admit new students into Grade 8 and Grade 12?

  A: No, we do not admit new students in Grade 8 and Grade 12.

• Q: Can I apply for a Non-Entry Grades (5, 6, 7, 10, 11)?

  A: Yes, we welcome applications for our Non-Entry point grades (5, 6, 7, 10, 11). We interview and enroll students for these grades when we have attrition.

• Q: When would we know if Trinity has space in the non-entry point grades?

  A: Typically, we do not know whether we have availability in a non-entry point grade until January or February 2026 (or even later in the season). We understand this creates uncertainty for families, but if we learn of spaces becoming available, we will reach out to families to schedule an interview and a tour.

• Q: Should we complete an application if we want to apply for (Grades 5, 6, 7, 10, 11)?

  A: Yes. We only consider applicants who fully complete the application process.
